Hows the "other problem" developing ("plumbing" - said in a very faint whisper so as not to awaken the angry God of Pipes). I said developing because I figured if it were resolved (eww...I hate that word you know, but it fits) I would have heard you jumping up and down with glee. Yep, 30+ miles away. YOU BLOGGED! YAY!
